Anneliese Grazioli was announced as a finalist for Bar Operator of the Year at the national awards in Sydney a few months ago. We were proud of this and as no one from Darwin has ever won a Australian Bartender National Award before we were not expecting that on Wednesday night, the 11th of September she was named out of all the group operators in Australia as the winner!
